-Hi, I see you have edited [[Special:AbuseFilter/65]] so I hope you can help me with this. I was recently contacted by an editor I do not know, but who seems to be a good faith editor. His edit was blocked by this filter, and he believes he was blocked (though I believe it was his IP address that was blocked, as his account does not show a block).
-The odd thing is, it appears this AF rule is only supposed to affect users with a low number of edits; but this users has greatly exceeded the threshold. It has been a few years since his most recent edit, but otherwise he is clearly over the limit. So I am not sure it the filter did something it shouldn't, or if there's something I should advise him to do.

It only hits low edit counts, so for someone to avoid the impact of the filter they just need to do some non-spam-like edits. If anyone is adversely affected by the AF they can just leave a note on the meta admin page, and someone will have a poke.
