This is a special version of Template:Mlw for the case that the target is in the Wikipedia namespace, as workaround for a problem with localurl. (The hidden external link of mlw is produced with localurl in order to convert spaces to underscores; however, when applying localurl to a page in the Wikipedia namespace the prefix is interpreted as interwiki link. Therefore this template avoids localurl.)
This templates requires underscores for spaces in the pagename.
