~~Merge~~ to Tire-pressure monitoring system, which is what the safety standard regulates. There is some secondary coverage in Google Books, the Internet Archive, Google News and Google Scholar. There is at least one full article on the standard: [1]. We do not have a policy or guideline that says we are "not the Federal Register". Also called FMVSS 138.
