As wikimedia has a need for translators for one language into an other I thougth it would be usefull to have a list of users who can speak more languages.

Babel templates

I added [[Category:Users {{{1}}} {{{2}}}|{{PAGENAME}}]] to Template:Babel-2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10

From now on all users using the Babel templates will be categorized on the top-2 languages, like

I use only the top-2 languages of a babel template, and only creating categories for Native languages and Advanced users. For smaller languages maybe the intermediate users could be added.

Users who have more languages as advanced speaker, users that have not filled their native language at the top or users that have substituted the babel templates can add their page to the categories involved directly by adding on or more lines like:
[[Category:Users xx yy-n]].

New categories

See Special:Categories Users*

The category structure should be setup like

Category:Users xx yy-3 Category:Users xx yy-4 Category:Users xx-3 yy Category:Users xx-4 yy
Category:Users xx yy
Category:User xx Category:User yy

If the categories do not exist they can easily be created by adding Template:Babelmulti1 refs

{{Babelmulti1|xx|yy}} <!-- languagues on alfabetical order -->
Only create missing categories with combinations of Native languages and Advanced users.
Don't create categories with level 1 or 2.

These category can be linked to Category:User en and Category:User fr via

If these categories do not exist they can easily be created by adding Template:Babelmulti2 refs

{{Babelmulti2|xx|yy}} <!-- languagues on alfabetical order -->
