We expect the Working Groups to be assembled, onboarded and ready to start working by mid July. This gives those who attend Wikimania an opportunity to convene and participate in conversations at the Wikimania strategy space and sessions, and the core team the chance to collect input to tweak the process. The first step for the groups will be to agree upon their set-up and scope of work.
