What is the purpose of the campaign? How will you measure the success of the campaign?

Description - Bangla Wikiquote was launched in 2022, but later it became quite inactive and right now we only have 500+ entry. To revive the project, we are organizing a wikiquote contest. This is first ever bengali wikiquote contest. We would like a banner for this.

• @আফতাবুজ্জামান: I've created the campaign and banner (preview). Thanks for providing the banner source code! Usually, we only enable campaigns only in languages which are also supported in the banner text and landing page. Right now, you only provide Bangla language but no English translation. It would be good to have both these available. However, since you're only targetting India and West Bengal, we might still approve it as is.
