I am mostly interested in assisting resolve [[SUL]] conflicts amicably and responding to permissions requests, though I am familiar with all the currently granted steward tools. I enjoy working with other languages and can read at basic level in many not listed above. I have Sysop on the [[en:User:Kylu|English]] and [[si:User:Kylu|Sinhala]] Wikipedias, bureaucrat/sysop on [[User:Kylu|meta]] and [[mw:User:Kylu|mediawiki.org]]. I have [[global rollback]] rights currently, as well as an account on the [[tswiki:User:Kylu|toolserver]] and access to the [[OTRS]] system. I am a member of the "[[CVN#Staff|Senior staff]]" for [[CVN]], which coordinates countervandalism activities. |statement = Ich habe die gegenwärtigen Stewards hier seit 2007 bei den täglichen Wartungsarbeiten unterstützt und möchte unseren Gemeinschaften weiterhin helfen, sich zu entwickeln. Ich bin hauptsächtlich daran interessiert, [[SUL]]-Konflikte im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen zu lösen und Freigabeanfragen zu bearbeiten, bin aber mit allen momentan aktiven Stewardwerkzeugen vertraut. Ich habe Spaß daran, in anderen Sprachen zu arbeiten und kann viele oben nicht aufgeführte Sprachen auf einem einfachen Niveau lesen. Ich bin Administrator auf der [[en:User:Kylu|englischen]] und der [[si:User:Kylu|singhalesischen]] Wikipedia, Bürokrat und Administrator auf [[User:Kylu|Meta]] und [[mw:User:Kylu|mediawiki.org]]. Более всего меня привлекают помощь в корректном разрешении конфликтов [[SUL]] и реакция на запросы об узурпации, хотя я знакома со всеми современными инструментами, доступными стюардам. Мне нравится работать с другими языками и я могу на базовом уровне читать на большинстве вышеперечисленных языков. У меня есть флаг администратора в [[en:User:Kylu|английском]] и [[si:User:Kylu|синхальском (Sinhala)]] разделах Википедии, флаги администратора и бюрократа на [[User:Kylu|метавики]] и [[mw:User:Kylu|mediawiki.org]]. 2. Statement of Problem
It is increasingly being realized that the people belonging to disadvantaged group (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, socially and educationally backward classes and other groups having disadvantage owing to social, cultural, economic, geographical, linguistic, gender or such other factors as may be specified by the appropriate Government, notification) and the people belonging to weaker sections (parents or guardians whose annual income is below poverty line) are not able to access regular secondary and senior secondary education because of variety of reasons.
3. Target Group
People in different States of India belonging to disadvantaged groups and weaker sections are not able to access secondary and senior secondary education would be the main target group of the Project.
4. Vision, Mission & Geographical location
4.1 Vision
• To remove the obstacles for providing secondary and senior secondary education to the disadvantaged sections of the society.
4.2 Mission
• Through Open Schooling in India and with the help of existing infrastructure in the form of Schools, Study Centers, spread and accelerate the educational status of the people.
• To bring disadvantaged groups in the fold of mainstream of secondary/ senior secondary education in the Country.
4.3 What is Open Schooling?
• Open School permits a student to take exams for any number of subjects at a time as per the convenience of the student. Final school exams under the Open School system are held twice a year.
