Spam blacklist cleanup
The spam blacklist is growing quite large. I think it would make sense to remove some of the older entries there, especially if they seem unlikely to spam again. Because of that I am going through the entries chronologically, check the site they are linking at, and then decide whether to remove them.
Here are the sites with their content as I find them. A "." denotes that I decided to keep them on the list, a "+" that I removed them. "Parked" means that the url is currently owned by a domain name trader, "does not exist" that I got no DNS entry for it. "No content" means an empty page, a standard pre-setup page for an HTML server or somesuch.
