My guess is that s/he became unhappy with some Chinese consumer electronics and started to attack the country, in the last two instances using w:Joe job. Topics: China (中文), flag of the United States. If warranted, I can submit more evidence that all four accounts represent the same person. Do not know his/her IP range because never saw this person editing as an IP; but if the range is narrow enough then it possibly should be globally soft-blocked. --Incnis Mrsi (talk) 07:36, 13 March 2018 (UTC)

This cross-wiki vandal, who geolocates to Toronto, has a host name beginning toroon4664w and hops IPs in the ranges 70.31.124.0/22, 74.12.120.0/22, 184.146.204.0/22 and 184.147.28.0/22, was range blocked on en.wiki for one month from 13 February and also later globally range blocked until 00:00 14 March due to cross-wiki vandalism. Five minutes after the global blocks expired at 00.00, the vandal ran amok on en.wiki and I have reinstated range blocks on en.wiki, increasing these to two months. The vandal has taken their activities cross-wiki to 12 16 wikis. I recommend global blocks of at least one month for ranges 70.31.124.0/22, 74.12.120.0/22, 184.146.204.0/22 and 184.147.28.0/22 to protect all wikis. Pinging
