The Disinfopedia is a project of the Center for Media and Democracy.
It uses the MediaWiki software to compile an "encyclopedia of propaganda" with information about the funding, personnel and w:en:propaganda tactics used by public relations firms, corporations and governments. The editorial policy of the Disinfopedia is slightly different than the policy of the Wikipedia. Whereas the Wikipedia strives for a "neutral point of view," the Disinfopedia strives for "fairness and accuracy," allowing for the possibility that articles may take a w:en:point of view, provided it is supported by solid evidence.
Disinfopedia may contribute to a wikitext standard.
