As wikimedia has a need for translators for one language into an other I thougth it would be usefull to have a list of users who can speak more languages.

I added [[Category:Users {{{1}}} {{{2}}}]] on

• Template:Babel-2,

3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10

From now on all users using the Babel template will be categorized on the top-2 languages, like

• Category:Users en fr-3
• Category:Users fr en-3

Via Category:Users en fr these category can be linked to

• Category:User en
• Category:User fr

I use only the top-2 languages of a babel template, and only creating categories for Native languages and Advanced users. For smaller languages maybe the intermediate users could be added.
