This is the IP address of my AWS EC2 instance. I use this server as the endpoint of a SOCKS5-over-SSH tunnel to encrypt network traffic when using public wifi networks It is an AWS elastic IP assigned to my account, but is being caught up in the general AWS block: "Cross-wiki spam: Amazon Web Services - Service has been used for trojan/spam attacks - Little or no good edits." You are correct, as it is an internal proxy for SingNet. That said there is no global block 220.255.2.152. Presumably it is a local block at one of the wikis, so you will need to ask there. — billinghurst sDrewth 11:30, 5 November 2012 (UTC)

Note that global blocking currently only applies to IPs, due to a technical limitation. If you wish to request a named account for global [un]locking, please request a global [un]lock here instead.
