Administrator access

English Wikipedia

Hi, I would like to request permission for English Wikipedia since whenever I try to do something it is changed by an administrtor and the administrators are not always doing everything perfectly. Also, my account is pretty new, but I have used wikipedia for like two years, but did not create an account for a little while until recently.

Spanish and Catalan Wikinews

I am requesting sysop access to both the ca and es Wikinews projects. I know neither language, but seeing that both Wikinewses have satirical articles on the Spanish front pages, and in both case are mainspace articles, these projects are clearly are in need of help. I am an admin at the en wikinews, and en/iu wikipedias.

Request denied. December 28 is Feast of the Holy Innocents, which is the Spanish world's equivalent to April Fool's Day, explaining the satirical articles. Bastique 16:17, 3 January 2007 (UTC)
That's no reason for mainspace satire. Unless they explicitly say in their policies that verifiability is not required on a particular day of the year, they are nothing but an shame. -- Zanimum 19:45, 3 January 2007 (UTC)

Breton Wiktionary

Hi, Finally the Breton dictionary is on its way (nearly 200 articles). I am the first Sysop which has been elected on the Breton Wikipedia a year ago and I am now requesting sysop status for the Breton wiktionary (Wikeriadur). I need the status to complete the Interface translation and to clean old pages or pages created by mistakes. We are only two on this new project right now and my colleague has "voted" for me!. If we want to attract more users we have to make it look better. I've also translated many pages to Breton on Commons and Meta since 2005.

Wikipedia - Marathi (mr)

I request bureaucrat access. I am an admin on mr as mr:User:अभय नातू

Marathi wikipedia has seen very good growth in the past year or so and that has brought bots, tons of them. Now, Marathi wikipedians are also getting ready to start bots of their own for housekeeping and maintenance tasks. There's no user with bureaucrat access that can flag/control these bots. I'd like to do that.

I have posted an election on marathi wikipedia polls page, with a link on the village pump and waited 7 days for users to log their support/opposition at नामनिर्देशन Bureaucrat Nomination Poll. Please grant me bureaucrat acces.

Since he didn't know proper procedure, he posted to the local RfA page instead of meta and isn't active right now to correct that.
