I'd like to help out on OTRS because I've known that one of our volunteers said Japanese Wikipedia has one mail per day, I think it is too hard to solve by such a few persons. When I've seen some fighting on ja with the Vandal Fighter as roll-backer, I feel sad about it. Some of them might sent claims to info-ja. I'd like to help out on OTRS because I know there is a lot to do, and I have enough experience to help with some of the tasks. I have been granted the mop at Wikipedia and Wikisource, currently most active on Wikisource. I have extensive experiences on both projects with copyright issues. My current activity on copyright issues at Wikisource is what drove me to apply for OTRS access.
