Русский: Конфокальные Z-stack изображения клеток, обработанных ДНК-препаратом. Клеточная мембрана окрашена в зеленый цвет с помощью Nero-dio, ДНК окрашена в красный цвет с помощью vic, а носитель ДНК (липосомы) окрашен в синий цвет пиреном. Мы можем исследовать распределение ДНК и ее носителя внутри клеток. Опция Z-stack помогает делать изображения нескольких срезов клеток сверху донизу. English: Z-stack confocal images of cells treated with DNA drug. Cell membrane is colored green by Nero-dio, DNA is colored red by vic and DNA carrier (liposomes) is colored blue by pyrene. We can examine the distribution of DNA and its carrier inside the cells. Z-stack option helps to observ diferent sectionas of the cell from top to bottom. |
