My Wikimedia Common has been auto blocked by IP issue. I already requested to unblock by an email.
Also I asked for Global and English Wikipedia IP block exemption with secret reasons by other emails, but still didn't receive reply.

Not done (nothing to edit request). Do you have a ticket number? If you were replied to, it is likely pending your response. - Sorry for not being able to answer in the correct language. You appear to be editing from an open proxy; these are normally not unblocked without very good reason. What would be your best option is instead to apply for a global IP block exemption by contacting us at stewards

- どうやらマカフィー (McAfee) でVPN ONになっている状態ですと、上記のメッセージが出てきて編集ができなくなってしまうようです。面倒でも、その都度VPNをOFFにすれば、編集できるようですので、しばらく様子を見てみます。--小石川人晃 (talk) 12:13, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
