For you to be eligible to cast your vote for the individual ESEAP Preparatory Council nominee, you must be:
- Existing Wikimedia editor (with Meta-Wiki username)
- Shall not be sockpuppet account
- Shall have a minimum number amount of edit in your global contribution (e.g. not only 1 contribution of this vote casting)
