A long-term vandal on zh.wiki: personal attack, adding pure disruptive material into articles, blanking and so on. If you find these users used the following IP range (14.146.0.0/16, 14.150.0.0/16, 14.151.0.0/16, 58.62.0.0/16, 59.41.0.0/16, 113.64.0.0/16, 218.19-20.0.0/16, 219.135-137.0.0/16), would you please send some details to Bencmq to help us deal with his vandalism?
