It is possible to define standard answers to frequent questions - if you want to have some for your queue, create a page here on meta-wiki with the titles and the text of the answers and drop one of the admins a note so that they can move them to the OTRS.

Don't disrupt Wikipedia to make a point... Occasionally reporters or others disrupt Wikipedia to make a point, or to demonstrate how it works. They should be politely reprimanded, and shown better ways of observing editorial (and other) processes.
