  • He has 8,000 edits here, so he's been around, but the vast majority of those were files or cats, not much in Commons space. Also, last summer he uploaded fifteen files with no source, twelve of which were subsequently deleted. That raises the question if he really knows the rules. On the plus side, there are only 61 items on his all time talk page -- and many of those are QI and FP, so he doesn't generate bad vibes. Perhaps -- and I say only "perhaps" -- this is another candidate that we might suggest come back in a few months after spending some time on DRs.
