Welcome to WikiProject Democracy! This project aims at improving and maintaining the democratic structures within the Wikimedia movement by:

making them more visible,
making participation in voting, elections, and centralized discussion easier by providing and spreading links,
and building a forum and community of contributors who like the idea of democratic wiki collaboration and cooperation.

-Carlos Javier Torres Ex Jugador Ecuatoriano nacio en la Ciudad De Esmeraldas iniciandose en su carrera deportiva en un equipo de formatica CRACKS DEL NORTE y fue convocado para la Preseleccion de su pais en las categorias Sub 20 jugando partidos amistosos con las selecciones PERÚ COLOMBIA y CHILEZ..Y de ahi fue vendido al CLUB SPORT EMELEC en el año 1995 jugo hasta el 1997 y fue tranferido al F.C 9 DE OCTUBRE en 1997 y despues paso al CALVI F.C y despues al ROCAFUERTE F.C .y el año 1999 se invorporo a las filas del ONCE CALDAS del futbol colombiano , Y en el año 2000 fue tranferido al MILLONARIOS y en el 2001 al SANTA FÉ  que jugo su ultimo año 4n el futbol colombiano y regreso al Ecuador para unirse a las filas del DEPORTIVO MUNICIPAL DE CAÑAR equipo con quien desendio la SERIE B del futbol Ecuatoriano Carlos Torres  que es hermano de Jefferson el (BUHO) Torres que tambien jugo en el futbol Colombiano en las filas del AMERICA DE CALI y REAL CARTAGENA y aca en Ecuador en el  NACIONAL  BARCELONA S.C LIGA DE LOJA Y AUCAS. Y tambien primo hermano del conocido jugador Armando (LA BOMBA) Gomez quien jugo en DEPORTIVO QUITO U.CATOLICA LIGA DE LOJA y MACARA Carlos Torres quien su ex compañero Jaime Iván Kaviedes en el CLUB SPORT EMELEC le puso un apodo llamado DIEGO ARMANDO MARADONA por causa de un gol hecho desde la media cancha llevandose muchos rivales y Kaviedes lo bautizo con ese apodo a Carlos Torres y termninado su carrera deportiva a los 38 años  de edad pintaba para mas cosas Carlos Javier Torres Bermudez
