Summary

Description
English: Limbal stem cells on tissue culture plastic. Scanning electron microscopy with BSE-imaging after the lanthanoid staining (visualization of inner structure of cells in density of backscattered electrons). A new technique for environmental SEM (ESEM) of hydrated cells. Laboratory of Fundamental Research at the Research Institute of Eye Diseases, Moscow.
