Paddington is one of several proposed new WikiMedia layout skins being worked on by Tarquin.
It is a remake of the current MediaWiki Phase 3 layout skin.
Current version
(Note that you can't see it directly because HTML files are sent by the server as text for security. You'll need to dowbnload it.)

Design Goals
(note that these are up for debate too)
- The following need to be clearly visible:
- name of site
- language links
- "edit this page"
- less clutter
- maybe give the groups of links in the sidebar little headings, eg "site links", "this article", "my settings"

Log in to the test wiki and select Paddington. It sort of works, but it's very incomplete and buggy.
