This page is for announcements that concern a whole project or Wikimedia in general. If you want to make such an announcement then please post it here and if you can translate it, then please also post it to the correct language above.
In particular, this page lists article-count milestones. Recommended ones are 100, 500, 1k, 2k, 5k increments to 20k, 10k increments to 100k, 25k increments to 250k, 50k increments to 500k, and 100k increments to 1000k. Try mixing things up with other milestones, such as active users or new articles per day.

- The new Yahoo!-hosted server farm in Seoul [yaseo] is now in the process of being commissioned by Wikimedia's tireless developer team.
