::The statements were about official positions (Liam's was GLAM, which is one of the main problems I have pointed to - "You aren't the real producer but you have latched on, built your own niche, and do whatever you can to gain more control." That is clearly a reference to his user page which claims an FA connection for something he didn't actually put together and was a very minor presence in the page. However, he claims credit because he worked with GLAM and did very tertiary things. This is common among GLAM in general and why so many Featured Article contributors do not like GLAM at all). Saying that the position is contradictory to Wikipedia is no where near "incivil." Far, far worse was said about Jimbo having Founder related powers. And the second point is a very good statement. It is bad enough to attack someone, but to use short hand like "u r" does you no favor. It is obvious with statements like "um... no" and other such things are incivil and insulting. I am the only actual content producer on that page and I have substantial merit. The only people, like Nemo bis, to come out against me have a long history of conflict of interest and do so out of ideology. Nemo bis was shot down over such a thing in the past. Labelling critics as "incivil" merely because they have actually done the work to allow this place to even have any reason to exist is quite demeaning. Calling for someone to be removed from incompetence is necessary and it is a problem that people like you (who is heavily involved in Wikimedia Chapters and what I am criticizing) run in and attack legitimate critics. Mr. Moller was already embarrassed and I had a few staffers from the Foundation including multiple Stewards drop me emails saying that they were ashamed he would act like that. One reporter posted publicly on his user page that he acted inappropriately. To be honest, Stewards should block Mr. Moller for harassment. Do you see me posting up a thread for that? Because that is the only real violation. Is it a coincidence that the original poster was part of the "Outreach Wiki" with Mr. Moller? That the only one who thought it was a problem was Nemo bis, with one of the largest histories of attacks on me cross wiki and has consistently been told he is conflicted? Even Beria, when seeing the context of Liam being the GLAM originator and that I was referring to his official capacity said that the situation didn't really exist. It is a mockery of what Meta is to see this behavior. It is absolutely shameful behavior. And it all comes from people who didn't spend hundreds of hours writing important content for the encyclopedia. That is why we get dragged in the mud in the papers. And Angel, your background is easy to see and you are not an unbiased contributor. Meta doesn't operate that way. We are not the Foundation's special Wiki. The warning does not make sense if the changes on various wikis in question (which are mostly blanking or disruptive changes in articles) are going to be prevented anyway. As Leaderboard said {{tq|Should that not be done by the disallow template?}} and {{tq|on en.wikibooks, the disallow template (wikibooks:MediaWiki:abusefilter-disallowed) explicitly tells users what to do (and we try not to have warning + disallow filters)}}, I agree with them as the disallow template provides information on reporting an FP on any wiki, and some wikis do not use a custom warning and/or disallow template.

Meta-Wiki has a small active community. When a normal user requires the assistance of an administrator or bureaucrat for some particular task, it is not always easy to find one. This page helps users find one when they need one; asking specific admins directly via their talk pages is one way to elicit a fast response. The warning does not make sense if the changes on various wikis in question (which are mostly blanking or disruptive changes in articles) are going to be prevented anyway. As Leaderboard said Should that not be done by the disallow template? and on en.wikibooks, the disallow template (wikibooks:MediaWiki:abusefilter-disallowed) explicitly tells users what to do (and we try not to have warning + disallow filters), I agree with them as the disallow template provides information on reporting an FP on any wiki, and some wikis do not use a custom warning and/or disallow template.
