Joining

We welcome new members to our community!
As of January 2019, these are the requirements to become a member:

  • Applicants must agree to share their username on Wikimedia projects.
  • Applicants must agree to share an email address for correspondences with the Membership Admin (will be kept private).
  • Applicants should have a Wiki account for at least 3 months.
  • Applicants should have at least 100 edits prior to their application.
  • Applicants mustn't be banned on any Wiki.
  • Applicants must be at least 12 years old.
  • Applicants must agree with and support our mission.
  • Membership will last for a maximum of 2 year, till the end of 2020. During December 2020 members will be asked to renew their membership.

If you wish to join WikiProjectMed Foundation (WPMedF), please complete this application form, after which our Membership Admin will contact you to confirm your membership:

Supporters and interested parties

After filling out the application form (linked above), please add your username to this public membership list, as well as the languages in which you work. You may be notified from time to time as the project approaches or passes important milestones. (Google doc) The formal members will be based on the application above being filled out NOT simple being listed here.

Administrative notes

The organization is officially recognized in New York, and some relevant law about local nonprofit corporations may be read.
