Wikimedia South Africa/AGM1
On 11 August 2012 a call was sent out by Lourie for an annual general meeting on 1 September 2012 (http://lists.wikimedia.org/pipermail/wikimediaza/2012-August/000597.html). See the details below:
Hello everyone
After countless discussions lately with many parties, it is clear that the chapter should have an annual general meeting (AGM) soon. From these discussions it was suggested that the meeting should take place on the morning before the WLM and chapter launch on 1 September in Cape Town. Our bylaws require that the meeting should be held in the city of registration, unless otherwise decided. Can we please get as many comments as possible whether it will be alright to have the meeting at the following:
Place: Cape Town (venue to be decided)
Date: 1 September 2012
Time: 09:00
Please respond to this email if you are a member of the chapter. Thank you!
Kind regards
Lourie
