Export refers to the way data and metadata from Wikidata are made available for further consumption. Machine-readable exports of the data are planned to be made available in widely used formats such as JSON or RDF/XML.
Language attributes are the language specific labels and descriptions that are attached to items. These are human readable text to ease understanding of the scope of the item, ie. the specific type of entity.
Site links is special links, they contain a site and a title, and goes from individual items in Wikidata to pages on other sites, for example on Wikipedia. They are used both for identifying an item from the external site, and as a replacement for interlanguage links. Site links can also have attached badges and they will usually show that a page has been a featured article or something similar.
