I changed [[Template:QvEdMl]] to [[Template:QvEditMl]] with only one variable. Please check the [[Template:QvEditMl/Ja]] whether now it is right. The reason why I tryed with two variables is that originally I wanted to make a generic EdMl template (multilingual edit template) with a variable that means "edit" and one for the shown name of the page to edit, and another for the page to edit real name. But because it didn't work (I guess we have to create a new class (called "editml" similar to the class "edit" used in the [[template:ed]] ) I created QvEdMl (Quick view multilingual edit template) that is specific for quickview. It is a good way to have this editor promise that he or she will not submit any new article until past his or her edits would be proved if they are copyvios or not. They're many and indeed they helped me, but the problem is how to understand Wikipedia system or program, it's not as simple as reading and typing. Other problem is my English better then my Banyumasan friends, me in basic level so what about them ?. I'll never give up, even it will take a long time I'll finish it [[User:Slamet Serayu]]. If I give you my password would it usefull ? at least to do with the system, how about that ?
:As for telling Wikipedia system or program, basic documentations on the site and some printed blurbs might be helpful. And to start the project, you have to translate some basic documents like Copyright (and brief explanation what is GFDL), NPOV and so on.

:I would like to say I could be help, but sorry to say I am currently not sure how much I could be help for you. There seems to be some arguments you would be better to solve to proceed your ideas.
:Your concern about openness is appreciated and great. I confess even I hesitate to submit a new article to the current English Wikinews; it seems not so casual as other Wikimedia projects. But please consider, "new edition" means generally a new language edition and most of us editors aren't familiar with a situation multiple projects are running in the one same language except English and Simple one. And in this case it is obvious their differences - linguistic ones and its target. On the other hand, I presume things appear not so clear in the case you are conceaving. You have already noticed some editors asked you why you couldn't just improve the current Wikinews (as an insider, perhaps, not on another project). I was blunt to you when I asked you if it would be a fork. And now I feel although your idea could be a reasonable alternative, I wonder however still why it woulnd't be possible within the current Wikinews - sometimes newspapers have multiple sets of editions --- focusing particular topics --- I am sorry if my words sound criticism, I don't intend so, but we would be happier with much clearer perspective, specially the relation between the Open English edition and the exsiting English Wikinews.
:As for the venue, I am afraid it would be difficult for us to understand why the page for "new editions" is the best place without such information. Some editors might doubt if it could be a legitimate "new edition" and accepted by the rest of grobal Wikinews community. If not, it would be really sad and discouraged. So even people who wouldn't oppose, they might hesitate to show their support or interest under the current situation. And if I recall correctly, though your has been supported by several editors, but it would be problematic it have got enough number of supporters. Perhaps, you would be better to explain your idea much clear or in a different approach you have attempted ever. I know you are ever a good editor on a good faith but currently, your initiative to the proposed project seems to me a bit adventurous and need to provide more information to the potential contributors. (See GeraldM's concern for example).
:As for Erik's opposition, his attitude hasn't been perfect as for argment on this page (I should say I don't know what happend on the Wikinews, as you know, I am not active there), and seems a bit harsh, but I think you needn't mention his name as Wikinews bureaucrat in your statement. As you know, introduction of new extention, it isn't capable for bureacrat at any rate, so in my opinion there is no relevance between his bureaucracy and introduction of new features. (It might belong to developers' task, thought here it is the same person ... ) Moreover, "newbie-unfriendly" formatting tendency and bureaucrat unilaterality (if exists) seems to me irrelevant, and you mightn't need to mention the latter. I don't know what Erik did, but at any rate, sysop unilaterality could be a problem on every project, even on your own, and it doesn't sound no good reason to set up a new project (because it could be repeated in the newer circumstance too). So besides what Erik did and is doing, in my opinion, you would be nice to modify that part and try to make your statement clear and concentrate the neceesity of new approach to achive openess you would pursuit here.

:返事が遅れてすみませんでした。秀逸な記事候補として考えていただいたことをありがたく思っています。ただ、むしろ私自身では、Papakuroさんが作った版の方が、すっきりとした中にも記事配分のバランスが取れてて、私が付け足した部分は専門的に過ぎたのではないかと未だに悩んでたりもします。「専門的に書きたいように書いた分、画像を入れるから勘弁してね」という感じなので、自分自身で秀逸に推すのは気が引ける部分があります。ただ内容的には9割がた書き上げてはいますので、秀逸選考に進んでも、特にこの記事の執筆の妨げになるような理由は、私にはありません。Aphaiaさんの判断で決定していただければと思います。

It was my idea to separate colour between mother tongue and "foreign" ones basically, but their colours (blue and green) were tuned by [[:ja:User:Kzhr]]. And it is used on meta. There is another trend which loves to distinguish each level in dirrent colours derived from English Wikipedia suppoosedly.
