But... Aldar is the only active native spiker in our wiki, and we need his adminship. And block in other wiki is not the reason for the refusal. For example, I am also permanently blocked in the Russian wiki. So what? I became the administrator of the Buryat wiki, raised activity, brought to the 1000 articles, invited users. By the way, I just took a look to the two last accounts who voted, and they are obviously not members of this community, judging on their creation date and their number of edits. Regardless of the lack of identification as this time, which would be needed and the procedures for that are listed at Steward handbook/email templates#Notification that identification is required, I am declining this request and marking it as Not done. As I have warned on the local page, joint nomination and voting is not proper procedure and it raises a number of questions. Hi Lt. It's because the stewards can't be 100% sure that when people were voting support they were voting to elect both candidates. Although it's probably not the case here, someone could have voted to support Peter, who wrote the initial nomination statement for example, but not have really considered whether Inas would be suitable as a CheckUser. Separate voting for each candidate provides the stewards with the assurance that the community does indeed want both candidates elected, and ultimately I can see why this has been done especially because of the nature of the data that Peter and Inas could be handling, extra precautions are quite justified.     PCode is a kind of Jimbo Wales of Chavash Wikipedia, a person who founded the project and recruited the editors himself, making it the most successfull of all projects in minor languages spoken in the former USSR. The project is active, there are at least two active admins. If they do not consider his inactivity as a problem and do not respond on the deadmin page, why should Jusjih, without any contribution to the project, single-handedly deadmin PCode? I believe insufficient efforts have been made. Try to contact the admins, ask them whether they know what is going on, they may even contact him off-wiki, ask their opinion, then may be if everybody agrees, deadmin him. But not just like this - first open the discussion, vote for deadminship, then come here and request desysop.--Ymblanter (talk) 18:42, 4 January 2013 (UTC)

Yeah, it is possible to type in things, but they don't get changed on the wikipedia and when I asked there they just told me, that the function is closed because they used too many latin letters instead of gothic letters. When I told them that I want to use gothic letters aswell and that they should please open the function again, they just said, it's not possible. I have made several grammatical corrections on Pali wiki main page and other pages, but I see that admin rights are needed for changing many important pages. I would appreciate if you grant me the same. I have good knowledge of Pali and its literature. It would not be out of place to mention that currently sidebar as well as logo of Pali wiki are having serious grammatical mistakes. (To cite the least, logo declares the name of project as विकिपीङिया (=wikipenia) and the tagline declares it as सद्दकोसो i.e. a dictionary. Recent changes is written as नूतन विपरिणामेति (Nūtana vipariṇāmeti), which means 'new modifies' not 'modifications'). Without correction to them it is not possible for a Pali knowing newcomer to stay there for a while, let aside building up of community.

And, by the way, bende ckupau is not a page for carrying out formal votes; it is rather much more like the "Beer Parlour" in en.wiktionary (my "home wiki"). In 2010, a user named I-20 proposed on the bende ckupau, in English, to become the wiki's admin. No one bothered to register any comment. Two years later the wiki still has no admin. Hello. There has been one vote in favor of user AugPi (me) and none against. The vote was weak because "AugPi" is un-lojbanic (either that or because I missed the word "la'e" in the headline... which is needed to make the sentence refer to user AugPi instead of the name "AugPi"...). I created a new account, Avgustos, which is more lojbanic. There is no bureaucrat (or steward) on jbo.wiktionary to make anyone an admin (including me), so I have to recourse to making a request here. (There had been a recent proposal to close down jbo.wiktionary, one of the reasons in favor of which was the absence of any admin on jbo.wiktionary, so granting adminship to Avgustos might help the cause of jbo.wiktionary's survival...) —AugPi (t) 15:14, 11 July 2012 (UTC)

And, by the way, bende ckupau is not a page for carrying out formal votes; it is rather much more like the "Beer Parlour" in en.wiktionary (my "home wiki"). In 2010, a user named I-20 proposed on the bende ckupau, in English, to become the wiki's admin. No one bothered to register any comment. Two years later the wiki still has no admin. Not sure whether this is the correct to place this message. A similar request for Telugu wikisource was placed here last year

If stewards can make the proof read extension work like it is working in the telugu Wikisource site then no need of this right for me. I do not remember the exact steps required for this.
