Hi, my name is Dallan Quass. I'm creating a wiki for genealogists that contains (among other things) information about surnames and places of the world - historical as well as current. Part of this effort involves extending the MediaWiki software to include XML data as part of wiki pages. You can see the website at WeRelate.org.
