My name is Jim. I'm an admin on the English Wikipedia and on the OTRS system, and most of my involvement on meta centers around OTRS. I have a few standard responses mocked up at User:Jredmond/OTRS; feel free to adapt them for your own needs.

Thanks to unified login I have this username on all public WMF wikis. (This is especially handy in dealing with tricky OTRS-related issues.) You can see all of my most recent contributions with Luxo's tool.
