About Babel, about twentyfive years ago, an Australian English teacher said my ability to speak or write English has been a infants level though that to listen or read has been a early teens level. Therefore, it accurately becomes en-1.5. I can read French while consulting the dictionary. Therefore, it accurately becomes fr-0.5.
