And ''confirmed'' can only be granted by bureaucrats (usually not needed, because users get autoconfirmed after four days). If you want to add new user groups / change existing ones, you'll need to follow [[Requesting wiki configuration changes]] after gaining consensus within your local community (please be aware of [[limits to configuration changes]]).
