An issue I found was at least three reports have link placements by the same IPs - now that to me is very suss but doesn't really come out in the "by domain" aspect of the reporting? There are many WP users and former users that judge en:Wikipedia to be a failure, yet strongly support the Foundation's goal to freely spread knowledge.
