Renaming

Hi! Sorry for my stupidness, but could you tell, what I really need to do?

1. I have to make 3 requests in this page (as local bureaucrats can't do this anymore, right?) with request to usurp those accounts (or rename them to some other?)?
2. Make a new request to globally rename my username?

DerHexer declined your request because several usurpations need to be carried out first, so you'll have to file those usurp requests, I suppose. You can still engage local processes where necessary, like hu:WP:USURP and en:WP:USURP and bureaucrats will review for compliance with local usurp procedures and refer to Stewards as necessary. There are actually 9 accounts that would need to be overcome before you can be renamed to Edgars. –xeno 18:10, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
