Delaware Route 299 is a state highway in New Castle County, Delaware. It runs from Maryland Route 282 at the Maryland border east of Warwick, Maryland to Delaware Route 9 in Mathews Corner, passing through Middletown and Odessa. It is multiplexed with U.S. Route 301 from just east of the Maryland border to the west end of Middletown. It is also multiplexed with Delaware Route 15 within the eastern part of the US 301 multiplex.

Delaware Route 299 used to connect to Maryland Route 299 at the Maryland border. However, MD 299 was rerouted onto US 301 to the Delaware border and Maryland Route 282 was extended east to meet Delaware Route 299.
