Vasil Iliev is born in 1964 in Kyustendil,Bulgaria.He was Bulgarian and Balkan wrestling champion.After the falling of the Berlin Wall he went to Hungaria with some of his friends where they started to make small crimes like car thefts,flat robberies and extortion.He made enough money and he turned back to Bulgaria where he crated VIS (Vasil Iliev Security).This company's official activities were insuring and guarding,but it's true activities were extorting,stealing and selling expensive limos,contract killings and so on.When theEmbargofor countries from former Yugoslavia began he started exporting petroleum to Serbia.He made millions of his activities.He was the biggest crime boss maybe in whole South-Eastern Europe before the rival comapany SIC (Security Insurance Company)was created.It's activities were the same and soon it was as powerfull as VIS.Vasil Iliev was murdered in April 25th,1995 in Sofia in his Mercedes-Benz.The next boss of VIS was his brother Georgi Iliev.
