This redirect seems to be of the form "to have X is to be Y"—"to have glossophobia is to be afraid to speak in public"—which seems an unlikely search pattern, perhaps more suited to a dictionary; a similar redirect would be Able to inspire devotion in others → Charisma. In the past 12 months, the redirect has received, on average, 12 hits per month (0.4 hits per day). It has no essential incoming links or history and, given the other redirects to the target (e.g. Fear of public speaking), is unneeded. -- Black Falcon ^(talk) 07:06, 27 March 2011 (UTC)

• Keep. "Unneeded" is a value-judgement based on how one navigates the wiki. Redirects help those who navigate in other ways. Unless there is evidence of harm, confusion or bad faith, policy tells us to assume good faith. The redirect is technically correct and, unlike Charisma, is about a technical term that is not used in daily conversation. Redirects for synonyms are a widely accepted use. • I note that this particular spelling came from real search data: when the AOL search data was leaked, a bunch of people including myself went though the top 1000 searches or so and created redirects to appropriate articles for them, figuring they were likely to be wanted pages here too. Wheel Of Fortune may be less popular than it was back in the day, though... • Comment - On 18 July 2006, an article was created at this title using content copied from another article (currently, the page history is here). On 12 September 2006, following Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Biggest wins and losses on Wheel of Fortune, a portion of the new article was merged back to its original source (diff). Eventually, and I've no idea when exactly, the content was removed altogether. -- Black Falcon ^(talk) 07:25, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
• Keep. As Black Falcon notes, this page has had a complicated history, with some content moved, removed, merged, etc. While the content is not in the current version of the target article, it may someday be restored. Leaving the redirect is the easiest way to ensure compliance with GFDL. The current target is not obviously harmful or confusing. It should perhaps be tagged with {{unprintworthy}} in recognition of the history but does not need deletion. Rossami (talk) 15:16, 27 March 2011 (UTC)
