Reviewer (add request)

User:Mblumber

I've been an editor for a while and I enjoy patrolling and reviewing changes to pages. Plus I'd like to try out the new feature. Thanks Mblumber (talk) 03:42, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Doc Strange

I'm an experienced editor/recent changes patroller and I am highly interested in this new feature that doesn't seem too dissimilar to what I already do with a large chunk of my spare time anyway. Doc StrangeMailboxLogbook 06:21, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Fair Shannon

I've been editing for some time now and I've always been a regular vandal fighter, helping to keep articles clean and constructive. I would like reviewer rights so that I may further assist by patrolling pending changes on the specified protected pages. Shannon! talk 07:23, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Question: What will you do if you are granted access to the tool, this month you have only made 3 edits, so if you get the reviewer right will you actually use it? Thanks, The Helpful One 11:57, 26 June 2010 (UTC) (P.S. If other admins disagree, feel free to grant the right)[reply]
Not many recent contributions, but no worries, so  DoneDoRD (talk) 15:58, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Drahreg01

I'm a sysop on de: and quite familiar with flagged revisions. Drahreg01 (talk) 09:26, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Question: You haven't seem to have edited much over the past few months, I don't know if I need to ask this, but will you be using the reviewer tool frequently? The Helpful One 11:51, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think it really matters. He's trustworthy, so  Done. NW (Talk) 14:54, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Dylanfromthenorth

I'm a regular editor who reverts vandals as a matter of course, this new tool should make it a lot easier Dylanfromthenorth (talk) 11:00, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Dpmuk

Although I don't do that much new page patrolling I quite often find myself commenting on and trying to help out at problematic pages. Although these pages are unlikely to be included in the trial I would like to see how it works in case it is rolled out more widely, in which case I would imagine these sort of pages may well be included. I could also see me "patrolling" pending changes in future. Dpmuk (talk) 11:41, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think I'm quite an experienced user - 15 months now, although not really active. Never had any problems with the rules whatsoever. Patrolling recent changes from time to time so this may come in helpful. Peasantwarrior (talk) 14:41, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not done With <50 edits, I'm afraid you don't yet have the necessary experience to use this tool properly. Consider editing around for a little while, then come back and request the tool again. -FASTILY (TALK) 17:58, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Tea with toast

I frequently patrol new articles, IPs contribs, and the many articles on my watchlist. I am also very active in copyediting and assessing articles for various WikiProjects. I would like to help in the effort to review articles in order to fight vandalism and ensure the quality of content on wikipedia. Tea with toast (talk) 17:16, 26 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

User:Joe Gazz84

I strongly believe that Wikipedia is a great place for information as long as it is reviewed. I know the many ways to verify information and assure it is accurate before accepting it and I believe students can use Wikipedia as a good answer source as long as it is reviewed well. I have the time and skills to review and believe I can help make Wikipedia a great information place. I have been watching the recent changes list and making changes here and there. I am tired of seeing vandals defame pageson ceebrities, religious figures and other pages of notability and other pages, I will do this job to the best of my ability and I have read the guide on how to be a good reviewer, I am confident I can put my skills to use at home, school and work. User:NYKevin

I occasionally do vandalism patrol, and feel this would be helpful to have. BTW I already have rollback rights. I know I don't edit that often nowadays, but I don't think there's a question of trust... (of course, that's for the reader to decide) NYKevin @275, i.e. 05:36, 27 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have been editing Wikipedia for quite a few years and think this is a very good idea to stop vandalism - it is much better than the original protection (semi-protect etc.) Even though I may not have edited a lot recently, I'd like to help out. Nathan.tang (talk) 11:55, 27 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
