This user will be back on Wikipedia at some point in the future.

This is the second time in as many months that someone has nominated an article I created for deletion and not bothered to notify me. Is it so much to ask that I be kept in the loop of these deletion discussions? All the time I spend on rebuilding my early fiction articles to include more reliable sources seem to be a waste of time: every time I get close to placing a rewritten version on the article namespace they end up deleted. Worse, they never end up in a position in which I can in good faith ask for a deletion review.

I under immense pressure as is with real life: my mother is getting a divorce, my grades remain low, and morale in the months since July has suffered immensely on account of the sum of these problems to the point of near clinical depression and suicidal thoughts. I simply can not sustain the loss of any more articles that I have authored, my mental health is not currently up to accepting more loss. It is therefore with a heavy heart that I announce that I leave the project for while. I pledge that I will return to Wikipedia when the time is right, and in my absence I would ask that one or more users who are friends take care of the articles I have brought up to featured status until my return.

With love to those whom I have come to know, TomStar81 (Talk) 05:47, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
