Mausoleum of Josif Pančić on Pančić's Peak.

The Pančić's Peak ([Панчићев врх, Pančićev vrh] Error: {{Lang-xx}}: text has italic markup (help)) is the highest peak of the Kopaonik range. It is located in South Central Serbia[1], and at its top has been placed a memorial for Josif Pančić.[2]

The mountain peak was previously named Milan's Peak (Serbian: Миланов врх, Milanov vrh) after the first king of modern Serbia, Milan Obrenović. On 7 July 1951 it was renamed after the Serbian botanist Josif Pančić, who is buried at the top in a small mausoleum[3] damaged during the 1999 NATO bombing of Yugoslavia.[4][5][6][7]
