Users in a number of locations are asking me to ban/block you. If you remember, last time we had this discussion you agreed to have [[User:The Blade of the Northern Lights]] as a mentor. But you don't talk to him or ask his opinion before you make edits. You just order him - and other project members - to clean up the mess you make. |

Restrictions for Neptunekh
Users in a number of locations are asking me to ban/block you. If you remember, last time we had this discussion you agreed to have User:The Blade of the Northern Lights as a mentor. But you don't talk to him or ask his opinion before you make edits. You just order him - and other project members - to clean up the mess you make.

- You are banned from creating categories. This means that you must not create any categories. If you think there should be a category for something, you must discuss it with myself or Blade of the Northern Lights, but you may not create any categories yourself.
