Hatnotes are for people who come to an article but find they were looking for something not considered the most notable subject for that title, e.g. looking for the athlete Thomas Jefferson and arriving on the page about the USA president - where a hatnote will link to a dab page. That's not the case here because someone looking for the Wisconsin legislator won't go to a page with (drummer) in the title, and someone looking for the president won't go to a page with (athlete) in the title. -- Jeandré, 2011-03-21t11:44z
