Their marital bliss is soon cut short as the daily challenges of life start trickling in. All this while they also deal with JunJun’s (Joshen Bernardo) longing to see Jenny ([[Kaye Abad]]) and MaiMai (Bea Basa) again. JunJun, while happy to be with his parents and having a complete family, is still yearning to be with Jenny and MaiMai. Though all this time, not one among them knows where exactly Jenny is or how to contact her. All they know is that she is happy in Singapore with MaiMai.
Angelito and Rosalie finally get married and start raising their son together. However, Jenny, who started a new life in Singapore at the end of the previous season, discovers she is pregnant with Angelito's child. Pledging not to reappear in Angelito's life again, she turns to her childhood friend Raffy for comfort, but circumstances prompt her to return to the Philippines and cross paths with the Santos family once more.

Jenny is far from happy. Since moving to Singapore with her daughter, Jenny has had to deal with nursing her heartbreak from letting go of Angelito, at the same time reining in her daughter who has started to rebel against their move to another country, all the while having to adjust to living in a foreign land. But 2 months after arriving in Singapore, Jenny meets her childhood best friend Raffy ([[John Prats]]). Raffy becomes instrumental in helping MaiMai cope with living away from the family she longs for. Jenny and Raffy are acutely reminded of how deeply they cared for each other when they were younger. But as these feelings resurface, Jenny finds out she is pregnant with Angelito’s child. She is faced with the dilemma of having to involve her life with Angelito’s again, just when she is making progress in moving on with her life.

Premise

Angelito (JM De Guzman) and Rosalie (Charee Pineda) get married in a mass wedding in their hometown, San Vicente. Their family and friends celebrate with them in a simple gathering after the ceremony. The couple come home to Angelito’s house to live with Pinang (Elizabeth Oropesa) and Tere (Devon Seron). Their marital bliss is soon cut short as the daily challenges of life start trickling in. All this while they also deal with JunJun’s (Joshen Bernardo) longing to see Jenny (Kaye Abad) and MaiMai (Bea Basa) again. JunJun, while happy to be with his parents and having a complete family, is still yearning to be with Jenny and MaiMai. Though all this time, not one among them knows where exactly Jenny is or how to contact her. All they know is that she is happy in Singapore with MaiMai.

Jenny is far from happy. Since moving to Singapore with her daughter, Jenny has had to deal with nursing her heartbreak from letting go of Angelito, at the same time reining in her daughter who has started to rebel against their move to another country, all the while having to adjust to living in a foreign land. But 2 months after arriving in Singapore, Jenny meets her childhood best friend Raffy (John Prats).
