Speedy deletion of Gogi

A tag has been placed on Gogi, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Arbitration page

Re[1], the protocol for this page is that there should not be interleaved discussions. Each person puts their bit in their own "Statement by..." section. OK, just undid it. For the record here is the text, was not very important

LitGeek The point is that many of the same people who were involved with taking the industry side about side stream tobacco smoke (the term of art for environmental tobacco smoke ETS) are also involved in denying that climate change is an important issue, and that organizations (TASSC and others) were formed to push both agendas and funded by Tobacco.

BTW, there was controversy up to ~1990 ETS, but by 1992-3 there was a strong scientific consensus (there is that phrase again) which the industry fought off for another decade. BLP

You seem to have been around for a while, but not all that much - please forgive me if this is old hat for you. You seem to be discussing at the relevant talkpages, so please do not take this as anything but a quick FYI on acronyms. Just in case you were wondering why people are putting "BLP" in their edit summaries, it is a reference to the Biographies of living persons policy. This policy stipulates that we need to have a somewhat higher standard of sourcing when dealing with real people - anything unsourced or inadequately sourced should be promptly removed if no source can be found. As well as to the biographical articles themselves, this policy applies to any material describing living persons in other articles. - 2/0 (cont.) 18:33, 31 December 2009 (UTC)
