Revision as of 03:02, 29 December 2010

This is your last warning; if you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by continuing to push for undue weight to be given to a fringe pint of view, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:18, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Trying to suppress this information by threatening a block? I can assure you it will have no lasting effect on me whatsoever! I have posted peer review scientific journals showing evidence of a separate evolution for the Han Chinese and you simply resort to suppress of information just because it's not politically correct! 98.122.103.183 (talk) 11:26, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Name calling

See also WP:NPA. Suggesting that editors are fascists or communists for warning you about one of our strictest reasons for blocking isn't a good idea. Dougweller (talk) 11:20, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

And a note that the First Amendment does not apply to Wikipedia. It starts "Congress shall make no law that..." and we're not congress. The First Amendment applies to the Federal Government, and to the State Governments under the Fourteenth Amendment (see Gitlow v NY). Ironholds (talk) 11:21, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
To Mr. Dougweller, for you to even suggest suppressing the information I presented shows that you support the same policies implemented by the communists or fascists in which they suppress information that is not politically correct even when the scientific evidence shows contrary!
Unless you want to lose the ability to edit this page during your block, I suggest you hold off on the personal attacks calling others fascists.— dαlus+ Contribs 11:29, 13 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked temporarily from editing for persistent disruptive editing, including personal attacks. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}} below this notice, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Race and intelligence discretionary sanctions warning

(Copied from Talk:Race and intelligence)
I am imposing a warning under the Standard Discretionary Sanctions finding of the Race and intelligence arbcom case against the IP editor who keeps adding this "Han Chinese" material.
For more details on the discretionary sanctions, see: Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions
To quote from that:
Authorization
Any uninvolved administrator may, on his or her own discretion, impose sanctions on any editor working on an article within the area of conflict (or for whom discretionary sanctions have otherwise been authorized) if, despite being warned, that editor repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. The sanctions imposed may include blocks of up to one year in length; bans from editing any page or set of pages within the area of conflict; bans on any editing related to a topic within the area of conflict or its closely related topics; restrictions on reverts or other specified behaviors; or any other measures which the imposing administrator believes are reasonably necessary to ensure the smooth functioning of the project.
I will be notifying the IP addresses on their respective talk pages as well.
