Hi Yoga Mat. Thanks for the invite. I'd like to contribute something to your yoga project, but to be honest I don't know a great deal about yoga. Also, I'm really busy these days. You might note that at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Talk:Kundalini, also introduced some extraneous text around some numerical characters.
