I'm an organizer of Wikipedia:Feminism and Folklore, and Wikipedia:Asia Month. Recently, we learned about a tool developed by the Wikimedia Foundation that is currently in the testing stage called the [[m:Campaigns/Foundation Product Team/Event Discovery#November 27, 2023ː Event Invitations Experiment|Event Invitations tool]]. [[User:IFried (WMF)|Ilana Fried]] (Product Manager, Campaigns) provided list of 200 users, and recommended to use [[:de:Benutzer:DerHexer/massenmail/en|massenmail]] and [https://massmailer.toolforge.org/ massmailer] which is required sysop or account-creator rights on the wiki. So, I'd like to request account creator user rights to access those tools. If the script you want to use requires the noratelimit right, I'd suggest that either running it on a bot account might be more suitable.
