Correct me if I'm wrong, but you don't seem to have done any anti-vandalism work yet. Reviewer is generally granted to people who've shown that they can identify what is and isn't considered vandalism, which is necessary for proper use of the tool. If you want to establish this track record, you should begin by reverting vandalism without it, perhaps by monitoring recent changes, or using Lupin's anti-vandal tool. -:::It's really just a question of showing you'll be able to use the tool effectively. You could reapply tomorrow if you built up enough of a track record. The skill for this is identifying what is and isn't vandalism, since that's the main reason to reject an edit. The best way to acquire it is to visit [[Special:RecentChanges|RecentChanges]], look for and revert unconstructive edits, and use an edit summary that identifies if the edit was vandalism, and if not, why you reverted it. I like a couple dozen such reversions, both of vandalism, and good-fath, unconstructive contributions. Let me know if you have any questions.
